Sales Support Executive

About the role

Responsible for the compiling and sending of daily, weekly, and monthly customer report. Arrange, file, and maintain customers' quotations in orderly and proper manner. Maintain upkeep and proper filling of rates at all time. Support Sales and Marketing staff via e-mail / telephone call or any means of communication with customers, and KWE overseas offices. Follow up on the sales quotation, customers and other related sales issues when the Sales and Marketing staff is out of the office. Monitoring ageing report, alert the sales personnel for timely collection.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and send daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports
• Arrange, file, and maintain customers' quotations in orderly and proper manner
• Maintain upkeep and proper filling of rates at all time
• Support Sales and Marketing staff via e-mail, telephone call or any means of communication with customers and KWE overseas offices
• Follow up on sales quotations, customers and other related sales issues when Sales and Marketing staff is out of office
• Monitor ageing report and alert sales personnel for timely collection

About you

• Degree in Logistics/Transportation, International Business, Marketing, Mathematics or equivalent
• Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self motivation and ambition
• Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per hour
