Job Summary:
Securitas Engineers is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in day-to-day operations. The role involves continuous coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely follow-ups, and effective handling of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support to the sales team in daily activities
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and order status
• Handle customer calls, emails, and queries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and delivery updates
• Maintain records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales data
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and communication

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (technical background preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support/customer service, preferably in electrical switchgear or related industry
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
