Sales Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare sales quotations, invoices, sales orders, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Maintain daily sales reports, MIS reports, and customer databases.
• Coordinate with the accounts, logistics, and service departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Follow up with the sales team regarding pending orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and tracking sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Perform other sales-related administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
• Skills: Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and sales reporting.
• Preferred: Experience in the industrial equipment, automobile, or construction equipment industry.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
