Sales Support Executive - Component

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:45pm
• Location: near Taiseng MRT

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries and liaise with suppliers to obtain product quotations and prepare quotations for the Sales team.
• Coordinate with the Sales team on new projects and update project information in the supplier’s system.
• Track quotations, project progress and status, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
• Prepare regular POS reports and maintain accurate project and sales records.
• Maintain standard costs and selling prices in the system.
• Evaluate product costing and prepare product margin and wastage reports.
• Assist the Sales team with stock and inventory control.
• Perform other sales support and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor, electronics or related industry.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications. Excellent MS Excel skill is preferred.
