Sales Support Executive [EL]

Respond to customer enquiries received via email, telephone and fax in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare quotations and advise customers on applicable delivery lead times.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FS product ranges to provide accurate information and support to customers.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on order confirmation, delivery schedules and logistics arrangements.

Develop and maintain good relationships with both new and existing customers.

Apply the relevant pricing and mark-up guidelines for different customer categories.

Process customer orders and requirements accurately and follow up to ensure timely fulfilment.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the relevant business divisions.

Review customer purchase orders against the corresponding quotations and ensure discrepancies are clarified before submitting orders to the Order Processing team.

Undertake other duties reasonably assigned by the supervisor or management.
