Sales Support Executive (FTC)

Chertsey, Surrey (Hybrid)

Fixed Term contract until Spring 2028 (Maternity Leave cover)

We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team at Hanwha Vision Europe Ltd in Chertsey.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing telephone and email support to customers
• Processing sales orders and managing invoicing accurately and efficiently
• Managing stock returns and RMA processes
• Responding to queries regarding orders, products and stock availability
• Tracking orders through to final delivery
• Producing Excel-based reports and performance updates
• Liaising closely with warehouse and sales teams to manage deliveries and resolve issues
• Building strong relationships with internal and external contacts
• Managing workloads effectively while meeting agreed SLAs
• Supporting colleagues across the wider Sales Support team

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate-level education or A-Levels with at least 2 years’ administrative experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
• SAP experience is desirable, although training can be provided
• Additional European language skills would be an advantage
