What they need
QUALIFICATIONS
-Female
-Maximum 27 years old
-Minimum education : SMA/SMK, D3/S1 in any relevant major
-Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding (Export & Import) or logistics industry (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas
-Able to handle customer communications through WhatsApp, WeChat, and WeCom, including responding promptly to inquiries during working hours
-Able to coordinate and communicate across teams and departments
-Fast learner, detail oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast paced environment
-Target driven with excellent time management and problem solving skills
-Good command of English for daily business communication (both written and spoken)
-Mandarin language proficiency will be considered an advantage
