Sales Support (Freight Forwarding Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, Processing, Follow Up and Analysis of Quotations and Shipment execution
• Consolidation of business information and costs for pricing / Quotations
• Preparation of all supporting Sales Activities
• Coordinate and communicate with operational department and overseas network to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
• Complying with required reporting (such as RFQ pipeline reports, maintenance of tender database etc.)
• Analysis of market environments and competitive landscape
• Perform additional duties and/or ad hoc projects as assigned
• Understanding and reflecting the company strategic direction to the respective target markets

Requirement:

• University degree holder
• Minimum 2 years of  Customer Service experience or equivalent task in a Freight Forwarding company
• Familiar with local and global freight markets
• Pro-active can do mentality
• Excellent communication skills and well-organized
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure and timeline adherence
• Fluent in English and Thai further language is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular excellent MS Excel skills
• Hands-on PC operations including MS office and Thai Word Processing
• Attention to detail and high level of continues accuracy
• Good team player and able to contribute to an dynamic environment
