Sales Support Intern

About the role

Easytech International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Support Intern to join our dynamic sales team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time internship position that offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the sales industry whilst supporting our sales coordinators and account managers. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department, contributing to the efficiency of our sales processes and helping to drive business growth. What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, quotations and presentations for clients
• Managing and organising sales documentation, records and databases to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Processing customer orders, following up on delivery status and addressing any inquiries
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining contact with clients through emails and telephone calls to provide updates and support
• Preparing reports and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Supporting the organisation of sales events, trade shows and promotional activities
• Learning about our products and services to provide informed support to the sales team and clients

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a diploma or degree programme in business, sales, marketing or a related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin Chinese is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems or sales software is preferred
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Basic understanding of sales principles and business practices is beneficial
