Sales Support Night Shift

Graymines is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team with daily operations, client coordination, lead management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and a professional approach to supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team.
• Assist with lead management and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and messages.
• Follow up on leads and help ensure timely communication.
• Maintain sales reports, databases, and relevant documentation.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating sales-related activities.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, lead generation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to work on-site during the night shift.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• Working hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Location: Clifton Block 5, Karachi.
• Pick-and-drop service provided.
• Full-time, on-site position.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
