Sales Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• ⁠Assist in sales promoters about roster arrangement and duty/leave applications;
• ⁠Handle sales inquiries, and provide promotion materials to promoters;
• ⁠Handle administrative tasks such as daily sales transactions, data entry, and generate sales-related reports;
• Providing sales support to promoters stores operations and routine works report to sales managers;
• Actively engage in selling activities & events, internal research result and regular meeting;
• Ensuring deliver accurate and correct sales messages and activities timely.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing/Communications/Business or relevant disciplines;
• Min. 5 years relevant experience preferably in the retail industry

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Excel, Vlookup, Power point;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Patient and detail-minded
