About the role:
As a Sales Support Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping customers happy and the sales team moving forward.
You'll be the go-to person connecting customers, sales and service, providing outstanding support and making sure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
And no two days will look exactly the same.
You'll combine customer service, sales support, administration and data analysis, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and likes being at the heart of a busy team.
This is initially a 12-month temporary assignment, with strong potential for extension and the opportunity to grow within a global organisation.
Monday to Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm | No weekends | No overtime

What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering an exceptional experience every time
• Assist customers with product, service and general enquiries
• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support
• Partner with the sales team on enquiries, follow-ups and customer coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM
• Analyse customer and sales data and prepare reports
• Work towards resolving customer enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible
• Manage incoming tasks and ensure everything is followed through within agreed timeframes
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

What we're looking for: We're looking for someone who is confident, customer-focused and commercially minded, with the ability to build rapport and get things done.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Administration or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A natural ability to build relationships and connect with customers
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Intermediate Excel skills and strong general computer literacy
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
