Sales Support Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join our team and support Account Executives (AEs) in coordinating and managing promotional campaigns from start to finish.

You will work closely with AEs, clients, Sales, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and successful execution of Shop, Taste & Show, product demonstration, sampling, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support AEs in coordinating Shop, Taste & Show and promotional campaigns from receiving client briefs through campaign completion.
• Coordinate with clients, AEs, and internal teams to ensure campaign requirements are clearly communicated and followed up.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders (POs), invoices, and payment status.
• Coordinate with Operations teams regarding campaign details, schedules, materials, staffing, and other requirements.
• Monitor project timelines and follow up with relevant parties to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Handle ad-hoc issues during campaign coordination and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
• Prepare reports, summarize campaign information, and maintain accurate records and important notes.
• Support AEs in preparing documents and information required for client meetings and presentations.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, Account Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Admin, or related roles.
• Experience in Event, Activation, Promotion, FMCG, Retail, or Field Marketing will be an advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills and able to handle unexpected situations.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle company and client information professionally.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
