Sales Support Officer (Freight Forwarding Experience)

1. Support the Sales team in daily sales activities.
2. Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations (RFQs) and proposals to customers.
3. Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and basic complaints professionally.
4. Monitor and track shipment status, documentation, billing, and claims.
5. Coordinate sales-related information and requirements both internal and external.
6. Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to resolve service-related issues.
7. Follow SOPs and workflows to ensure accurate and consistent operations.
8. Other assignments.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, logistics, sales support, or customer service
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes, shipment coordination, and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-minded attitude.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and supportive approach to assisting the Sales team.
• Ability to handle problems, follow up tasks, and manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
