As a Sales Support Representative, you’ll support wireless sales by engaging with customers, learning about their preferences, explaining AT&T products and services, and recommending options that fit their needs. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, and sales support to create a positive customer experience while contributing to team goals.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and initiate conversations to understand their wireless needs.
• Support AT&T sales efforts by introducing wireless devices, plans, accessories, and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and promotions to help customers make informed decisions.
• Recommend suitable solutions based on customer preferences, questions, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services when appropriate.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to purchase completion.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and transaction details.
• Develop product knowledge to answer questions and provide reliable information.
• Deliver professional customer service while building positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, customer-focused environment.
• Contribute to individual and team sales goals through effective communication and sales support.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-first mindset with an interest in wireless technology and telecommunications.
• Ability to understand customer needs and communicate product information clearly.
• Professional phone etiquette, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Confidence in engaging with customers and supporting sales conversations.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to coaching and feedback.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,300.00 per month
