Sales Support Representative

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Montevideo. The Sales Support Representative manages the quotation process, ensuring pricing accuracy and alignment with internal guidelines. The role also acts as a coordination point between sales and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue sales quotations
• Review pricing details to ensure consistency, correctness, and alignment with internal guidelines
• Respond to sales inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather the information required for the quotation process
• Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced English (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify discrepancies or trends
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Good writing skills and clear, professional communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Nice to Have

• Portuguese (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in sales support, pricing, or commercial operations
• Experience working with CRM or ERP systems

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 2 pm to 10 pm.
