Compensation & Benefits

The starting salary is ₱32,500 per month, plus incentives and rewards of up to ₱16,000 per month based on performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Close sales through inbound and outbound calls — no cold calling.
• Negotiate pricing while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Follow established scripts, processes, and sales procedures when communicating with customers.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Represent and uphold the company’s values while assisting customers.

Job Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• 3+ years of BPO experience, with at least 3 years of direct inbound/outbound sales experience. Upselling experience alone does not qualify.

• Strong and reliable internet connection with 50+ Mbps LAN/hard-wired internet.

• Dual-monitor setup is mandatory.

• Must have a backup power source and backup internet connection.

• Non-negotiable requirements | Must have your own Windows-operated laptop or desktop with:

  • At least an Intel Core i5 processor
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM
  • Mac OS is not compatible
  • An extra monitor — for dual-monitor setup
  • Noise-canceling USB headset — Bluetooth headsets are NOT allowed
  • Web camera — mobile phone cameras are not accepted

• LAN connection is required for a more stable internet connection.

• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and graveyard shifts.
