Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking an Internal Sales Support Specialist to join a growing life insurance sales team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for sales teams and financial advisors , assisting with case design, illustrations, product information, marketing materials, and new business and underwriting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales support to financial advisors and internal sales teams
• Build strong relationships with producers, back offices, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders
• Create and review illustrations and sales materials to help close business
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Problem-solve and resolve issues independently while ensuring accurate and timely service

Requirements:

• SIE passed (required)
• At least one FINRA license (Series 6 preferred; Series 7 acceptable; additional licenses a plus)
• 4-year college degree
• Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
• Strong customer service and sales support skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work in Boston, MA (hybrid)

Nice to Have:

• Series 63 or Massachusetts Insurance License
• Financial services or insurance experience
