We are a small, hands-on team where every person's work has a visible impact on the business.

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to handle daily order processing and support our e-commerce operations. This role covers order entry, marketplace listing maintenance, and pick/pack/ship work in our Dallas warehouse. It is well suited to someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Sales Support

• Enter and process daily customer orders accurately in our order management system (ERP).
• Print and organize order documents, packing slips, and invoices.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email; assist with quotes and order status updates.
• Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse to ensure orders ship complete and on time.

E-Commerce & Listing Management

• Create and maintain product listings on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and our own website.
• Edit product titles, descriptions, and specifications; upload and organize product images.
• Update pricing and inventory levels to keep listings accurate and competitive.
• Assist with promotional setup and day-to-day store operations.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, returns, and replacement cases promptly.

Warehouse Support

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Perform stock counts and report low inventory levels to the team.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce, warehouse, or customer service is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required; working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets preferred.
• Experience with an ERP or order management system (SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and situational alertness.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment that may be hot, dusty, or noisy, and occasionally outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay**:** $20.00/hour starting; up to $25.00/hour for candidates with prior ERP order-entry and online marketplace experience(E-commerce).
• Health insurance and paid time off available after 90 days of employment.
• Regular performance reviews with the opportunity to grow into a broader sales or operations role.
