Sales Support Specialist

• Support salespeople with administrative and operational follow-up, including contract status, pending approvals, documentation, and case-by-case issue resolution.
• Maintain a clear tracker of sales opportunities, contracts, installation plans, action items, owners, and deadlines.
• Coordinate installation schedule s and help ensure all parties are aligned on location readiness, access requirements, equipment delivery, and installation timing.
• Verify installation progress and completion details against agreed plans, including photos, forms, checklists, and supporting documents where required.
• Escalate delays, risks, missing information, and installation issues to the appropriate salesperson or project owner.
• Prepare weekly sales performance reports and ensure that required reporting forms are complete and submitted on time.
• Support other sales operations and deployment-related activities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills , with the ability to manage multiple open items at the same time.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to organise information clearly and prepare accurate recurring reports.
• Clear communication skills in Thai and English , both written and verbal.
