Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team in driving growth for our SaaS learning platform. This role combines sales administration, prospect outreach, lead qualification, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable making outbound calls, and is eager to develop a career in SaaS sales.

What you'll do

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to introduce the company's learning solutions.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Support the sales team in managing opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Update and maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
• Assist with contract administration and sales documentation.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Telemarketing, Business Development, or a related role.
• Good communication skills in English is a plus.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused mindset.
