Sales Support Specialist

Kelly Services is partnering with a manufacturing company in Pacific, MO, to hire a Sales Support Representative . This direct hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, coordinating orders, and keeping details organized from quote through delivery.

Location: Pacific, MO — On-site

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations and review and process sales orders.
• Track order progress and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate shipping schedules, backorders, delivery updates, and delays.
• Maintain accurate quote logs, customer information, and order records.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and build lasting relationships through reliable service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales support, customer service, or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer proficiency; ERP or order-entry system experience preferred.
• A collaborative approach and consistent follow-through.
