Sales Support Specialist

At Reportage Türkiye , we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team and support the smooth execution of our sales operations.

This position will play an important role in supporting the Sales Team, coordinating sales documentation and customer-related processes, maintaining accurate CRM data, and ensuring effective communication between internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Monitor property/unit availability and stock information, ensure records are accurate and up to date, and regularly share current availability with the Sales Team.
• Support the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of quotations, contracts, reservations, and other sales-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, lead, and sales information in the CRM system.
• Support the preparation of sales and operational reports.
• Coordinate relevant processes between Sales and other internal departments to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Support after-sales processes and follow up on required actions.
• Communicate professionally with customers in both Turkish and English when required.
• Follow up on ongoing tasks and ensure that operational processes are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a university.
• Previous experience in sales support, sales operations, customer relations, real estate, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good command of Turkish and English , both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and solution-focused working style.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience using CRM systems is preferred.
• Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
