Sales Support Specialist

Holycode is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Bucharest and support our sales and business development activities.

You will work closely with our sales colleagues to keep opportunities organised, prepare commercial materials and coordinate follow-ups. This role suits someone who enjoys communicating with people, pays attention to detail and takes ownership of keeping things moving.

What awaits you:

• Support the sales team throughout the sales process, from initial enquiries to preparing client handovers.
• Prepare and update presentations, proposals and other sales materials.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including contacts, opportunities and next steps.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare relevant materials and follow up on agreed actions.
• Respond to incoming enquiries and coordinate input from the right colleagues.
• Research potential customers and gather relevant company information.
• Work with recruitment, delivery and finance colleagues to collect information needed for proposals.
• Prepare regular pipeline reports and help the team maintain visibility over ongoing opportunities.
• Use AI tools to support research, drafting and administrative tasks, while checking the accuracy of the results.

What we expect from you:

• Previous experience in sales support, sales operations, customer support or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication and confidence interacting with clients and colleagues.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience working with CRM systems and keeping records accurate.
• Good working knowledge of spreadsheets, presentation tools and document preparation.
• Attention to detail when preparing proposals, updating data and coordinating follow-ups.
• A proactive approach and a sense of ownership.
• An interest in technology and a willingness to learn about our services.
• Availability to work onsite from our Bucharest office.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in an IT services or B2B environment.
• German or French language skills.
• Experience with lead research, sales reporting or CRM process improvements.
• Practical experience using AI tools in everyday work.
