Sales Support Specialist

For our client operating in the Elevator Industry sector, for whom we provide consultancy services, we are seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant field,
• Experience in the Elevator, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), or Industrial Products sectors,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or quotation management,
• Advanced level of written and spoken English,
• Proven experience in preparing quotations, cost analyses, and performance reports,
• Strong operational capabilities with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams,
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with senior management and international teams.

Job Description

• Preparing quotations and cost calculations for projects,
• Creating and following up on domestic and international pricing requests,
• Managing and coordinating sales operations processes,
• Preparing sales forecasts, order tracking, collection reports, and performance analyses,
• Ensuring coordination between technical and commercial teams,
• Managing contract administration and project documentation processes,
• Monitoring order fulfillment and operational processes in coordination with relevant departments,
• Preparing management reports and analytical presentations for senior leadership,
• Conducting cost assessments and revision studies related to project modifications and changes.
