Hiring: Sales Coordinator Sales Support / Data Analysis

About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team through sales data analysis, reporting, order management, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Analyze sales data, pace reports, forecasts, and price/volume metrics
• Process and track customer orders
• Maintain accurate sales and CRM data
• Monitor open orders and coordinate with internal teams
• Support pricing requests with Finance/Costing teams
• Track sales pipeline and project opportunities
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Support process improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

• 4–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Operations / Order Management
• Strong MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting & data analysis
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM/ERP such as Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, etc. preferred
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related field

Important: This is primarily a Sales Data Analysis & Sales Support role. It does not involve direct customer communication or lead generation.
