Sales Support Training Program

Role Overview: This program offers intensive training to young adults, combining technical and professional skills with internship and job placement support. Participants gain hands-on experience through internships at leading organizations and receive personalized coaching, mentorship, and an educational stipend.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in in-classroom skill development across various fields such as Banking, Business Operations, IT Support, Financial Operations, Project Management, Network Security & Support, and Customer Success.
• Engage in internships to apply learned skills in real-world settings, with potential placements at prominent organizations.
• Develop professional business communication, interviewing, networking, and resume-building skills.
• Receive ongoing support and guidance to facilitate career launch and growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school graduate or GED recipient.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• No bachelor's degree obtained.
• Availability Monday through Friday.
• May need to complete additional screening questions.
