Sales Support/Coordinator

1. To be able to handle orders, and coordinate logistics.
2. Manage daily correspondence with suppliers and customers.
3. Prepare shipping documents and maintain sales records.
4. Support Sales Managers and Executives with ad-hoc project tasks

Key Requirements:

1. Process sales order accurately and efficiently from initiation to fulfilment.
2. Proactively coordinate with internal departments to priorities and fulfil orders, anticipating and resolving potential issues.
3. From time to time assist Sales in sourcing and compiling into quotation
4. Highly organized with great time management skills to meet deadlines
5. Strong attention to details and accuracy in order processing and documentation.

Additional Information:

• Experience in handling/checking LC (Letter of credit)
• Minimum 'O' Level certificate with at least similar working experience
• Prefer exposure in both sales and shipping/logistics knowledge
• Co-ordinates with Sales and Warehouse Department
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
