Sales Tailor Master

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Sales Master to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in Kandura tailoring, customer measurements, and retail sales, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Sales Master will assist customers in selecting customized Kandura designs and ready-made products while ensuring accurate measurements, order processing, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and assist them in selecting customized Kandura designs and ready-made products.
• Accurately take customer body measurements for tailoring and alterations.
• Recommend suitable fabrics, styles, sizes, and designs based on customer requirements.
• Convert customer inquiries into sales through excellent product knowledge and communication.
• Conduct customer follow-ups to maximize sales conversion and repeat business.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally handle customer inquiries and concerns.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain knowledge of fabrics, tailoring options, pricing, promotions, and seasonal collections.
• Record customer measurements and order details accurately.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
• Monitor order progress and verify orders before submission to minimize errors.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and fitting areas.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, hygiene standards, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Kandura tailoring, retail sales, or a similar role.
• Experience taking accurate body measurements for customized garments.
• Strong knowledge of Kandura fabrics, styles, tailoring, and fitting.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
