Key responsibilities
- Mengunjungi customer secara rutin
- Menanyakan kebutuhan dan mengambil pesanan
- Mencatat pesanan sesuai quantity dan spesifikasi customer
- Menginput atau meneruskan PO/order ke bagian terkait
- Follow-up status pesanan dan pengiriman
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer
- Menginformasikan promo atau produk yang tersedia
- Memastikan repeat order dari customer existing
- Membuat laporan hasil kunjungan dan order
