SALES TAKING ORDER (FMCG)

About the role

PT. Sukses Harapan Cemerlang is seeking a Sales Taking Order (FMCG) to join our retail team in Nusa Tenggara Barat. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our retail partners. As a Sales Taking Order specialist, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing inventory requests, and ensuring seamless transactions with retailers across the FMCG sector. This role is integral to our distribution network and directly contributes to our business growth and customer satisfaction objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners and customers
• Managing order documentation and maintaining comprehensive records of all transactions
• Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Monitoring inventory levels and communicating stock availability to customers
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall team performance metrics
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing queries or concerns promptly
• Updating sales systems and databases with current order information
• Supporting promotional activities and product launches with retail partners

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in FMCG sales, order processing, or retail sales roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail in order management
• Proficiency in using sales systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
• Strong numerical skills and ability to manage order values and inventory data
• Knowledge of FMCG products and retail distribution channels is advantageous
• Willingness to travel within the Nusa Tenggara Barat region to meet with retail partners
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction
