Sales Talent Acquisition Associate

We're looking for a Sales Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and help attract, engage, and onboard top real estate sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales positions, from sourcing to onboarding
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with stakeholders
• Monitor and process onboarding requirements of new hires
• Partner with different teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
• Assist in recruitment branding initiatives and engagement activities
• Support other Talent Acquisition and HR projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with recruitment experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn

Nice to Have

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles
• Canva or basic graphic design skills
• Background in employer branding, events, or engagement activities
