Sales Team Lead

EmpowerHome Team Services is seeking a high-energy, analytical Sales Team Lead to coach and develop a sales team, identify performance opportunities, and drive consistent results. We’re looking for a proactive, strategic leader who is excited to grow with a values-based organization that is rapidly expanding.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 annually

Compensation:

$125,000 - $200,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Establish clear accountability around KPIs and daily execution
• Analyze sales metrics, trends, and performance data to identify and improve results
• Guide daily sales execution and team performance
• Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to increase productivity
• Partner with leadership to strengthen team performance and support the company's growth

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading a sales team with a track record of driving measurable results
• Highly analytical and comfortable using data and performance metrics
• Strategic, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
• High-energy leader who motivates others, takes initiative, and leads by example
• Values-driven and growth-minded, with a willingness to receive coaching
• Must have a valid Real Estate License
