Sales Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Generate and manage sales leads through showroom, digital, referral, and other channels.
• Ensure proper follow-up with customers from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Conduct daily team briefings and review sales performance.
• Guide the team in customer handling, product presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Track the sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, CRM, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share MIS with management.
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members to improve productivity.
• Ensure adherence to dealership sales processes and company standards.

Requirements:

• 36 years of experience in automobile sales or relevant sales experience.
• Prior experience in a team-handling/supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of sales processes and lead management.
• Target-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
