Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach Inside Sales Representatives.
• Drive KPI performance through coaching, performance reviews, and action plans.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, support sales and marketing initiatives, assist with deal closures, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and sales escalations.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to support coaching, strategy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-stakes calls and coach representatives to achieve similar

results.

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B inside sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams of five or more

representatives against KPIs.

• Strong track record of coaching performance through reviews, action plans, and

effective conflict resolution.

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace

applications.

• Ability to independently analyze and interpret KPI data.
• Experience supporting the growth and scaling of sales teams or processes.
• Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced startup environment.

Work Set-up: Monday – Friday | Night Shift (DST Dependent)
