Sales Team Leader

Rawat Constructions is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead and manage a sales team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the real estate industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Generate and convert quality real estate leads.
• Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience (Mandatory).
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Salary & Benefits:
