Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a driven and field-oriented Sales Team Lead to promote and sell telecom products and services while assisting in guiding the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and capable of leading by example in field sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field work to promote and sell telecom products and services
• Assist in monitoring and guiding the sales team during field activities
• Generate leads and build strong customer relationships
• Help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Provide sales updates and reports to management
• Support team members in customer handling and product promotion

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business-related course or equivalent experience
• With experience in field sales, direct selling, or telecom sales
• Experience in Telco industry is an advantage
• With leadership potential and good communication skills
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused
• Willing to do extensive field work
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
