Sales Team Leader

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader to join our team.

We are looking for a hands-on sales leader who can lead from the front — someone who is able to recruit, train, coach and develop salespeople while actively supporting the team in customer acquisition and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company sales objectives.
• Actively participate in customer acquisition and market development.
• Coach and guide sales staff in prospecting, customer engagement, follow-up and closing.
• Recruit, train and develop new sales team members.
• Provide hands-on coaching and support to help new team members become productive.
• Develop and maintain customer networks, referrals, agents and other sales channels.
• Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Build a positive, disciplined and results-oriented sales culture.
• Work closely with management and other departments to resolve customer and business issues.
• Identify and develop high-potential team members for future leadership positions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Previous experience managing or leading a sales team is preferred.
• Experience in finance, banking, loans, insurance, automotive finance or related industries will be an advantage.
• Strong track record in customer acquisition, sales follow-up and closing.
• Experience in recruiting, training and developing salespeople.
• A hands-on leader who is willing to lead by example.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated, responsible and results-oriented.
• Able to work under sales targets and performance expectations.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and execution skills.

任职条件

• 具备3年以上销售经验；
• 拥有销售团队管理经验者优先；
• 有金融、银行、贷款、保险、汽车金融或相关行业经验者优先；
• 具备实际开发客户、跟进客户及成交能力；
• 具备招聘、培训及培养销售人员的能力；
• 愿意亲自深入销售前线，并能为团队作出示范；
• 具备良好的领导能力、执行力及责任感；
• 以业绩和结果为导向，能够承受销售目标压力；
• 拥有正面思维及良好的团队合作精神；
• 能够独立解决问题，不推卸责任。
