Job DescriptionWe are looking for a goal-driven leader with exceptional communication skills to join our team as a Sales Team Leader. This role is responsible for directing and developing a sales team, building relationships with prospective and active clients, and driving company sales targets and business growth.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a proven ability to build key relationships, and the drive to coach and motivate a team toward optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Prospecting: Identify and develop prospective clients through strategic marketing and networking channels.

• Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

• Product Consultation: Deliver comprehensive information and professional consultations on company products and services.

• Client Engagement: Perform regular follow-ups to meet client needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Team Leadership & Monitoring: Lead, mentor, and supervise the daily activities and performance of the sales team.

• Recruitment & Development: Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales team members.

• Performance Coaching: Provide continuous guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations to help the team meet targets.

• Strategic Guidance: Direct the team in sales execution, client acquisition, and business development initiatives.

• Target Achievement: Support the fulfillment of both individual and team performance goals set by the company.

• Activity Reporting: Prepare regular reports detailing sales activities, team performance, and target achievements.

Qualifications

• Male/Female, maximum 35 years old.

• Minimum qualification of High School diploma (SMA/SMK equivalent); Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Prior experience in Sales, Direct Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Relations, or related roles is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional networking and relationship-building capabilities.

• Proactive, disciplined, confident, and highly self-motivated.

• Capable of working independently as well as leading a team effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

• Willingness to work full-time on-site (Work From Office / WFO) in Jakarta.
