Sales Team Leader

• Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve assigned targets and objectives.
• Plan and allocate daily work based on operational requirements and team capacity.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with sales, service, production, spare parts, and other departments as required.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain daily reports, performance records, and other required documentation.
• Train and develop team members to improve technical skills and work efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints and support timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback on performance.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and other resources.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
