Designation: Team Leader - Sales

Job Location: Adambakkam, Chennai (near to St.Thomas Mount Railway station)

Working hours: 09:30am – 06:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive sales for accounting, GST, Income Tax, Audit, and compliance services.
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
• Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management**.**

Required key skills:

• Can be from any industry.
• Should have team handling experience with good communication.
• Other regional language known will be an added advantage.
