Driven Empire Consulting, is hiring a motivated Full-time Sales Team Member to join our team in Monterey, CA. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping customers find services that fit their needs.

As a Sales Team Member, you’ll represent AT&T Fiber services, connect with customers, introduce available solutions, and help guide them through the enrollment process. Along the way, you’ll develop valuable experience in sales, communication, customer engagement, and relationship building while working alongside a supportive team.

What You’ll Do as a Sales Team Member

• Introduce available plans, features, promotions, and service options in a clear and engaging manner.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information to help them understand their options.
• Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and other service-related processes.
• Represent AT&T Fiber services with professionalism, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
• Engage with customers to learn about their needs, preferences, and service goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow company and client procedures.
• Work closely with team members to accomplish individual objectives and contribute to overall team success.

What We’re Looking For in a Sales Team Member

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with different types of customers.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn new skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple customer conversations and responsibilities.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is helpful but not required.
