Sales Team Member

Joining as a full-time Sales Team Member means becoming part of the group representing Verizon Wireless throughout the greater Temple area. You'll work in person with customers, learn current wireless services and promotions, and contribute to team results by turning productive conversations into successful enrollments.

Responsibilities of the Sales Team Member

• Connect with customers and create an approachable introduction to available Verizon Wireless services.
• Learn alongside other Sales Team Member team members to strengthen product knowledge and communication skills.
• Ask questions about mobile usage and service preferences to understand what customers are looking for.
• Help customers compare plans, promotions, and service options based on their individual priorities.
• Keep conversations organized from initial interest through enrollment so customers understand each step.
• Share feedback, celebrate wins, and work with other Sales Team Member team members toward individual and shared performance goals.

• Entry-level friendly; restaurant, hospitality, barista, retail, customer service, marketing, or sales experience working with customers is helpful but not required.
