Sales Team Member

We are looking for a Team Member OPR to support business growth by pursuing sales leads, expanding the customer base, and strengthening existing accounts across OEMs, Panel Builders, and Retailers.

Role & responsibilities

1. Actively generate, pursue, and follow up on sales leads and conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers.
2. Develop new accounts and expand the customer base, particularly across OEMs and Panel Builders.
3. Manage and grow existing OEM, Panel Builder, and Retailer accounts to achieve assigned sales targets.
4. Sell the complete product portfolio to existing and new customers.
5. Expand the dealer network into new regions and identify new business opportunities.
6. Build and strengthen the network of Approved Panel Builders.
7. Coordinate Head End Monitoring projects for product approvals and customer requirements.
8. Prepare and deliver key product/business presentations to OEMs, Panel Builders, and Retailers.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and ensure smooth execution.
10. Regularly report sales activities, customer visits, business opportunities, and progress against targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Mandatory experience in handling OEMs and Panel Builders.
• Strong existing customer relationships/network within OEM and Panel Builder segments.
• Experience in sales of electrical/electronic products or related product portfolios will be preferred.
