This is a high-energy, face-to-face sales role where you'll be connecting homeowners with a product that genuinely solves a real problem.

No door-to-door. No cold calls. No B2B. Just real conversations with real customers — right inside busy retail stores.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the face of LeafFilter in your assigned retail location — set up, ready to go, and engaging shoppers who walk right past your booth. Day to day, that includes:

• Representing the LeafFilter Gutter Guard brand with confidence and professionalism at in-store retail locations throughout Portland
• Approaching and engaging shoppers in a friendly, upbeat, and natural way — no scripts, just genuine conversation
• Educating homeowners about LeafFilter's gutter protection solutions and helping them find the right fit for their home
• Driving sales through one-on-one conversations and clear, compelling product presentations
• Setting up and maintaining a sharp, branded display that draws customers in and reflects the LeafFilter standard
• Tracking customer interactions and reporting daily activity to your team lead
• Hitting daily and weekly sales targets as part of a competitive, supportive team environment

What You'll Be Selling

You'll represent LeafFilter Gutter Guard — the nation's leading professionally installed gutter protection product, backed by a lifetime transferable warranty. Full product training is provided from day one. No prior home improvement or gutter industry experience necessary — just the drive to learn and sell.

What We're Looking For

• An outgoing, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys talking with people
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated — you show up ready to hit your numbers every day
• A team player who can also hold it down independently when needed
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus — not required
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States

• $16.30/hour base pay — reliable income you can count on
• Average weekly earnings: $800–$1,200 based on performance

Work Location This is a fully in-person, in-store role based in Portland, OR. You'll be working at high-traffic retail and grocery store locations throughout the Portland area. No remote, door-to-door, or work-from-home options are available for this position.
