Responsibilities Lead and coach sales team members

Manage sales KPIs, quotas, and performance

Monitor pipeline and sales forecasts

Conduct coaching and performance reviews

Identify performance gaps and implement solutions

Drive accountability and a high-performance sales culture

Requirements 2+ years of managerial experience

2+ years in sales leadership or a high-performing sales role

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience managing a team or sales pipeline

Strong knowledge of sales KPIs and metrics

Experience in high-volume outbound sales
