Sales Technician

We are looking for a Sales Technician to provide technical support to customers while promoting and selling laptops, computers, mobile devices, and related products. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to recommend the right solutions based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting laptops, computers, mobile devices, and accessories.
• Demonstrate product features and provide technical explanations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, software setup, and device configuration.
• Conduct product diagnostics and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Process sales transactions and ensure accurate product documentation.
• Promote warranties, accessories, and other value-added products and services.
• Coordinate repairs, warranty concerns, and RMA requests when necessary.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch sales goals.
• Keep up to date with new products, technologies, and company promotions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related course. Vocational graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Able to explain technical information in a clear and simple manner.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and assigned schedules.
• Experience in computer repair, technical support, or retail sales is preferred.
