Sales Technician

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Technician to join our gadget store team in Cebu City. The role combines technical knowledge with sales, assisting customers in selecting suitable gadgets and computer products while providing basic technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing suitable laptops, computers, gadgets, and accessories based on their needs and budget.
• Explain product specifications, features, compatibility, and performance in a simple and understandable manner.
• Demonstrate products and provide basic technical recommendations.
• Promote and sell gadgets, computers, peripherals, accessories, and related products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling of compatible products and accessories.
• Handle technical inquiries, product comparisons, objections, and sales closing.
• Provide basic technical assistance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and product setup when needed.
• Assist with basic RAM/SSD upgrades and hardware-related concerns.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new technology and product releases.
• Support proper product displays, inventory monitoring, and daily store operations.

Qualifications

• College graduate in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related course is preferred.
• Vocational graduate in Computer Technology, Information Technology, Electronics, or related technical courses is accepted.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, gadgets, and technology products.
• Experience in PC building, hardware troubleshooting, Windows installation, diagnostics, or laptop upgrades is an advantage.
• Sales experience in gadgets, computers, electronics, or technology is preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Able to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Target-oriented with good upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to any gadget store branch within Cebu City

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
