Sales Technician

Silicon Valley at SM City Bataan is located at the 2nd Level Cyberzone, Lerma St., Barangay Ibayo, Balanga City, Bataan

Responsible for providing technical assistance and product support to customers while assisting the sales team in promoting and selling computers, laptops, mobile devices, accessories, and other technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, technical concerns, and basic troubleshooting
• Demonstrate the features and proper use of computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and accessories
• Assist in product testing, setup, installation, and configuration when required
• Recommend suitable products and accessories based on customer needs and budget
• Support the Sales Personnel in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Check product condition, specifications, completeness, and functionality before releasing items
• Assist with basic software installation, device setup, and troubleshooting within company guidelines
• Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organization of technical products and demo units
• Coordinate with the Branch Head regarding technical issues, defective products, and customer concerns
• Follow company policies on customer service, product handling, inventory, and safety

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate, vocational graduate, or college level/graduate, preferably in IT or a related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and technology accessories
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Willing to work in a mall-based retail environment, including weekends and holidays
• Sales-oriented, hardworking, organized, and willing to learn
• Previous experience in retail, technical support, or electronics/computer sales is an advantage
