Sales Technician

We are looking for a Sales Technician who can provide technical assistance to customers while supporting sales activities and promoting the company’s IT products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate computers, laptops, accessories, and other IT products.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications and features.
• Recommend products based on customer requirements and budget.
• Support sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product compatibility, specifications, and basic technical concerns.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and technical support when necessary.
• Prepare quotations and assist with sales transactions.
• Maintain product displays and ensure products are properly organized.
• Coordinate with the sales and branch team regarding customer requirements and orders.
• Monitor product availability and assist with inventory checking.
• Stay updated on new IT products, technologies, and product specifications.

Qualifications

• Atleast SHS Graduate.

• Experience in IT sales, technical sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.

• Knowledge of computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and IT accessories.

• Basic troubleshooting and technical knowledge.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented and sales-driven.

• Willing to learn new technologies and products.

• Computer literate.

• Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required.
